This
is a rare Argentina Urmet card showing the former President,
the former vice-president and one minister. Please notice
that this 3 persons are guilty of the most terrible
social disaster in my country.
I
believe that the lady in the picture was responsable
of the licitation that lead Telefonica & Telecom
to aquire the National phone company (ENTEL). This is
why I think they made a phonecard with their pictures.
